Gated community. Amazing pool. Condo was spacious. Close proximity to restaurants and Walmart.
The apartment was spacious and the lagoon was just amazing. It is away from the hotel zone in downtown but near shops and restaurants. If you don’t mind being away from the hotel area, then this is a great choice. The service I received from the owner of the apartment, Eric was amazing and above and beyond. He went out of his way to get us a ride since our shuttle left due to the staffing shortage in the airport. That was a mess but the service and response from him was just fantastic! Thank you for the hospitality! Be aware there is construction as the place continues to be developed but that didn’t bother us.
The apartments are nice enough and the lagoon is huge, very good for a morning swim

This place has so many things going for it. No matter how nice this place becomes or how much they improve the grounds. The buildings can be loud. It's the construction of the building. As far as staff.... They are great. We would come back..... It would not perfect but I'll still give it a five.
Great low refuge from the tourist areas in Cancun. Apartment is spacious and lagoon is nice and it's a gated community, staffed by friendly security staff. It's not on the bus lines but you can get a taxi at the Wal-Mart 10 min walk away, taxis won't be able to find it directly. We rented a car and there is assigned parking for 2 cars. This is Mexico and long hot showers are not the norm. Water heater is 3 or 4 gallons. Pool temperature (maybe 80 degrees) showers was an adjustment for these 5 gringos. Wardrobe instead of closets, no storage in the kitchen for food. Would definitely return.
Very interesting project. The only disappointing thing is that the access hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm. It used to be up to 11:00 but was changed recently. So no chance to have a nice walk in the evening :(
Love the pool. It was so relaxing to come get in the pool afyer being out.
